What is your return policy?

Because all of our products are made-to-order and perishable, we do not accept returns.

However, we want every customer to love their experience with Happy Hippo Bakery. If there’s ever a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds or partial refunds may be issued in rare cases, such as:

  • Items significantly different from what was ordered
  • An error on our part (e.g. wrong flavor, wrong size)
  • A quality issue that renders the product inedible

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must include photos and a description of the issue. We do not issue refunds for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Missed pickup or delivery due to customer availability
  • Damage after the order has left our care
